 "Let Your Voice Be Heard" Poster Competition

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) is a government program that was enacted in 2012 which prevents illegal immigrants who were brought into the United States under the age of 16 from being deported and enabled them to work and seek higher education for two years.

This removal of this program is under current consideration.

Through no fault of their own, those who will be directly affected by this decision will be forced to move “back” to a country that is not their home leaving them with very few opportunities.

"Many who want DACA to end say that these parents should feel guilty. The children who become undocumented immigrants aren't the criminals, they are the innocent unfortunate victims of their parents sins. DACA makes dreamers out of these victims."
